My homepage contains details of my current projects, a list of past and some upcoming events, and downloadable versions of working papers and articles.

My working papers can also be found at SSRN and RePEc. I am active as a reviewer for Regional Studies, Papers in Regional Science, Letters in Spatial and Resource Sciences and the Tijdschrift voor Economische en Sociale Geografie. Besides, I do some teaching in the STREEM Master’s programme and the Aarde & Economie Bachelor’s programme at the VU, as well as at the Amsterdam University College. With my supervisor Henri de Groot I spent some time on his Core-Periphery modeling tool, which is available from his page. Finally, I am involved in the European projects ‘Spard’, which ran until early 2013, and ‘I-C-EU’.
